With very low energy, very high stress levels and some health issues, it inspired me to make changes I thought would be impossible. With the help of nutrition, natural health and stress management my life transformed. Not only did my son's health improve, my health went from strength to strength mentally, physically & emotionally. I was so inspired that I went to study nutritional therapy, holistic therapies and stress management. In 2000 I gained diplomas in stress management & holistic therapies and in September 2001 I qualified to be become a nutritional therapist.
