Normally, when we collect a consignment for delivery, that consignment will stay with the same driver, in the same vehicle and be transported direct to its destination. We do not tranship items from vehicle to depot to vehicle, thereby eliminating the possibility of anything getting lost although we do have the facility to securely store small items overnight if that is required.
