I offer driving lessons in Colchester, Clacton, Alresford, Elmstead Market, Thorrington and Brightlingsea. I am a fully qualified A graded instructor and have completed a BTEC4 in Coaching for Driver Development which focuses on encouraging new drivers to search for solutions to driving problems during training and post test.

A-DRIVE is a friendly, independently-owned driving school based in Manningtree, Essex. We operate within the areas of Colchester, Ipswich and all of Tendring District, offering manual driving courses as well as tailored driving lessons with male or female instructors. Lessons are structured to be informative yet enjoyable and adapted to your personal learning style and needs.

She qualified in 2004 after passing all three exams first time. She started her driving instructor career with a large driving school, but after two years decided to start Bailey’s Driving School, as she wanted to give a more personal, individual service. Karen Bailey is an ADI, has been CRB checked, and is a member of the Driving Instructors Club Essex (D.I.C.E) and the Driving Instructors Association (DIA).
