Mair Matheson has been providing legal services based in Newmilns, Ayrshire for decades with clients throughout Scotland. The firm is the successor to J&G Mair, Solicitors which was one of the institutions of the Irvine Valley from the early 1950s until 1990.

Established in 1999, the firm has grown to be one of the largest criminal defence lawyers in Ayrshire. Having initially offered a wide range of legal services, it was decided to concentrate solely upon criminal defence work in 2006, meaning that clients will benefit from the expertise that concentrating on one area of law brings.

The firm of Waddell & Mackintosh was inaugurated in the year 1893 and the firm has a proud history of serving the citizens of Troon, and beyond, for over 125 years. The senior partners since the firm opened in 1893 have been: Peter Hugh Waddell, Ian McLeish Mackintosh, Thomas Montgomery Brown, John Muir Mason and our current senior partner Rognvald Mason.

Matthew Brown Solicitors is one of the longest established Legal Firms in North Ayrshire. The Firm was founded on 1st September 1984 and is still going. A traditional High Street law firm, continuity is the cornerstone of the business. It was founded by the original partners Matthew & Louise Brown in the old Co-operative Bank Building in Eglinton Street in Irvine and is still run in the same premises, by their son Simon Brown and a team of Ayrshire Lawyers.
