After spending a few years as an administration manager for the NHS, I returned to further education in 1995 and completed a degree in Cognitive Science at Exeter University which was a joint degree between the Psychology and Computer Science department, studying the science of the mind and intelligent systems.

Sometimes, to raise the bar, you need to re-think how things are done. It was by flopping instead of flipping that Dick Fosbury famously gained Olympic Gold and a durable, global reputation.
