Down Royal Park Golf Course is widely recognised as one of the driest golf courses in Northern Ireland with the most natural layout making it playable all year round. The entire golf complex is open to the public welcoming visitors and societies seven days a week, with competitively priced green fees and superb golf and food combo offers.

Male golfers have been competing for championship titles such as The Open since the mid-19th century. Men’s professional golf, however, began to be played at today’s level only the late 1940s and early 1950s.

As a visitor or new member you will find a welcoming environment both on the Course and in the Clubhouse. Since our recent refurbishment of the Clubhouse we have seen a rise in demand for Functions and Parties.

Located beside the Stormont Estate in east Belfast, Knock is a beautiful parkland golf course measuring 6,428 yards, par 70. Originally established in 1895, the course moved to the current location Summerfield” in 1920, with leading golf course architects, Colt, Mackenzie and Allison being instructed to design the new course layout. Always in superb condition with fast greens and beautiful fairways, the course still retains many of the original features that were imagined all those years ago.

City of Belfast golf club is situated adjacent to the City of Belfast playing fields. It is located about 8 miles north of the City Centre and is accessible from the M2 motorway.
