Do you let things happen or make things happen? Are your inhibitions holding you back? We can help. Whether your business is failing, your confidence has vanished or your life is lacking focus, our team of Hertfordshire-based experts are perfectly placed to provide you with the support you need to achieve what you want.

People hire a Life Coach for a number of reasons. Maybe you are stuck in a rut, have low self esteem, lack confidence, have a phobia, suffer from anxiety, have relationship problems or fed up with your job. Whatever the problem may be, I can help you look at it from a different perspective and help you find different options to help you deal positively with the situation.

Until recently I had been working for Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust (NHS) for 9 years, where I was responsible for developing a Psychology Service for the Acute Inpatient Wards. My role involved individual assessment and brief therapy with patients suffering from chronic and enduring mental health problems (such as psychosis, bipolar disorder, personality disorders & severe depression), group work, staff support and reflection, consultations with carers, staff training, as well as working closely with the whole multidisciplinary team.
