I hope that, as you look through some of the information here on my site, you will get a clear flavour of who I am, how I work, the experience and expertise I can offer, my basic approach and philosophy, how and why I came to be doing this work and what I love about it, together with a little about the person you will meet in the room, how this process called therapy works, and what it will be like to work together.

Seeing a Life Coach is like seeing your life through the eyes of another person and it can have dramatic results. "I'd never thought of that..." is a frequent response; "you've hit the nail on the head..." is another. Seeing your problems from a different perspective gives you the chance to find other ways of dealing with them.

Then I can help. I work with you to identify and unblock the ways you trip yourself up and help you discover new approaches so you achieve your potential, effectiveness and happiness personally and professionally.
