I’ve had various everyday jobs and I’ve also worked in senior management roles — in various businesses, jobs and countries. Like you perhaps, I’ve experienced a lot of change in my own working life. I’ve made big changes, taken time out for family responsibilities, been promoted, made redundant and ten years ago I set up my own business.
