I remember when I was a child, feeling uncertainty about beginning martial arts. I wondered if I had what it took to succeed and I wasn’t the most athletic or confident child - quite the opposite. Little did I know that beginning my martial arts journey would be one of the most profound experiences of my life!

We are a non-profit, friendly, family oriented and supportive Martial Arts Club and welcome students of all ages from 5 years upwards of any grade, style, ability or fitness level to pop along to watch or join in.

Our Children's Tigers Tae Kwon Do class follows a detailed curriculum that focuses on improving your child’s basic life skills, actions and ideas. We work hard to teach your child how remember and repeat simple skills and actions whilst increasing control and coordination.

Learning a Martial Art like Kung Fu will not only increase your physical fitness and health but it will also help you develop as a person, building your confidence and concentration. Kung Fu is not about promoting violence; instead it gives you the skills to deal with any confrontation, violence always being the last resort.

East Midlands family Martial Arts including East Midlands Karate is a family focused mixed martial arts club, combining disciplines such as karate, taekwon do, kick boxing, MMA, Bushido and Judo. With Black Belt Academy's in Shepshed, Loughborough, Coalville and Long Eaton, we have lessons for adults and children alike.
