Judo, hails from Japan. This expression of martial arts focuses on throwing techniques from standing position, and holding techniques on the ground. Vince and Sam offer years of elite level competition and coaching experience. At Fighting Fitness Judo we cater for beginners through to advanced competition level, with programs for 5 year olds to 90 year olds! Judo is for all!

A.R.D. Training Camp was founded in 1993 by Andre Daltrey BNMA Hon, who is a former British, European and World Kickboxing Champion and qualified Sports Psychologist.

Dragon Judo Club is led by Graham Moore who has a passion for the sport having been involved as a tutor, competitor and player for over 30 years. Graham is registered with the British Judo Association (first Dan black belt) and has been a BJA Coach with professional teaching experience spanning the past decade. He is fully insured and holds a full and valid CRB police check.

Tipson CKD is a martial arts school of excellence for the study of Choi Kwang Do. Based in Fife, our martial arts academy offers you the most comprehensive modern martial arts training for fitness, confidence and street self defence in the world today.

Taekwon-Do (TKD) is a dynamic Korean martial art that combines hand and foot techniques and provides the practitioner with an effective method of self defence. Training provides a total body workout which will improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility. Swift Fox TKD teaches a traditional ITF syllabus and as such, training is built around the five tenets: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control and Indomitable Spirit.

For over 30 years Camberley Judo Club has been one of the UK’s top judo clubs. A totally unique judo club we have programmes for everyone from children through seniors to elite athletes competing at international level. Camberley Judo Club has perfected the balance between a friendly, recreational social judo club and a full time high performance elite judo training centre.

We provide a safe environment for students to learn the Korean art of Choi Kwang Do at our martial arts school in Leatherhead, Surrey. The techniques of Choi Kwang Do have been designed to be easy to learn; generating maximum force whilst having little or no impact on the body.
