Arroyo Martial Arts Academy was founded by me, Julio Cesar Castro Carmenate, to provide Martial Arts training and fitness instruction in a high quality Martial Arts Academy. I am Black Belt 6th Dan in Shotokan Ryu and Kairon Ryu. I also have a Black Belt 3rd Dan in Japanese Jujitsu and I am Kru in Muay Thai.
The training at Russ Williams' Muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA gyms is easy to learn & suitable for beginners. Anyone is welcome to come & try it out in a friendly atmosphere. Most students train to keep fit and learn defence. Gradings, Fight Nights and instructor training courses are available for those wishing to take the sport further. We have a Team of Male & Female instructors/trainee instructors to make you feel welcome. Our fully equipped gyms are also available for hire.
