Under the guidance of Chief Instructor Master Janet McKenna (5th Dan) our friendly and welcoming classes have maintained their popularity and reputation over the last 15 years. Our classes are accessible to everyone over the age of 5 regardless of their level fitness, ability or agility, we are proud to support members with disabilities.
