At Blaze Martial Arts we focus on a mixed martial arts syllabus comprising of Kickboxing, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Ju Jitsu, Muay Thai Boxing and the Keysi Fighting Method.

Taekwon-Do (TKD) is a dynamic Korean martial art that combines hand and foot techniques and provides the practitioner with an effective method of self defence. Training provides a total body workout which will improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility. Swift Fox TKD teaches a traditional ITF syllabus and as such, training is built around the five tenets: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control and Indomitable Spirit.

Class fees are £10 per session or £80 for 10 paid in advance. Treatment fees are £50 if you are working or £45 if not.
