Chesham Kickboxing is a friendly club based in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, providing Kickboxing, Martial Arts and Fitness tuition to females and males of all ages, experience and fitness levels. All classes are held under the guidance of certified instructors and an enthusiastic team of Black Belt students.

Ruislip BJJ is perfect for beginners, we operate a friendly environment, catering to those looking to have fun, increase fitness and learn self defence. Ruislip BJJ is founded by Brown Belts Raj Singh and Wiktor Herka, both under Rodger Middleton (Rodger Gracie Academy Black Belt) Raj in addition trains in Mixed Martial Arts under the Sekhon Brothers, at Beast Fight Team.
