The course that I attended at the KSKC’s Dojo in Hempstead, was thoroughly informative about what is expected and what should be known throughout the early dan grades The course prepared me well for my grading , and gave me a sense of how tough my second dan grading would be. Not only did the course focus on fitness and stamina, but it also focused on the technical side of katas, combinations and executing single moves.
