We are a small but very friendly dog grooming business based near Crowhurst in Tandridge, Surrey. I have been grooming my own dogs for the last 15 years and around 5 years ago I decided to setup a dog grooming business, I completed a dog grooming training course in Hampshire which included grooming and handling for all breeds, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

After a 20 year career in an office environment, working primarily in IT and electronics, it was time for a change and for a focus on something more worthwhile. A year out travelling around Asia put life more into perspective (a cliche, I know!), and a couple of months during that year working at a gibbon sanctuary in Thailand, and then at a bear sanctuary in Laos reaffirmed my ambition to work with animals.

We started walking dogs in 2002 and have built an enviable reputation. A consequence of our success has resulted in having a waiting list for new customers. After finding pet sitting hard to come by with my own two dogs I decided to start up Led By Dogs in 2012 and share my love of animals with my clients and pet owners. Since I was young I’ve always loved animals and walked neighbours dogs to earn some pocket money. I studied Animal courses in the veterinary field and just renewed my Canine First Aid certificate so your dogs will be in the best place should anything happen.
