Our grooming salon in Wilmington, near Dartford is equipped with deluxe grooming equipment for the welfare of your dog in order to ensure they have the most comfortable and happy grooming experience possible. The salon is also fully air-conditioned (which is lovely and cool for them in the summer months), and also heated (for the cold winter ones!).

My name is Rachelle Bookatz, owner and founder of local family run business, Hugs & Tails. We offer home from home dog boarding for your canine companions, dog grooming in our salon, Stylish Hounds and a bespoke home visit service for cats, rabbits and other small furries. We ensure that when you can’t be home for your cherished pets, your mind can rest easy in the knowledge that they are safe, happy and healthy under the care of Hugs & Tails.

I have a genuine passion and love for all animals and pride my small company on giving an honest and reliable service to all our clients and their pets. Unlike some large pet sitting/dog walking companies, you are able to meet your pets’ carer before booking, and in some cases we can also offer advice and help with basic training.
