My love for photography goes back many years, from watching my father point his old rangefinder on holidays to admiring some truly inspiring images in magazines like National Geographic. My passion for the captured image and for making people happy goes far beyond just pushing a button.

By the age of 12 I knew I wanted to be a Photographer, nothing else interested me. When I was around 16 years old I started spending my Saturdays and spare time working in a wedding and portrait studio. I wasn’t getting paid but just being in and around that environment was worth more than money. Plus I knew my mother would feed me! They must have seen something in me, after a few months I was offered a job which I said yes to without hesitation. Just as well, academically I was probably never going to amount to much anyway. Pictures always spoke more to me than words.

I’m madly in love with Caroline — it’s all true. We met in Edinburgh, Scotland in the summer of 1999 and married in her hometown of Hennebont, France four years later. The international love affair had stints in London, Paris and the home counties of England before we returned to sunny Northern Ireland. We now live just 20 minutes from Belfast on the County Antrim coast with our two beautiful little children, Corrina and Rubin.

Caroline would love to welcome you into her comfortable and spacious, town centre studio to create beautiful & timeless portraits of your family - ranging from maternity, newborn baby, 1st birthday cake smashes to large family groups. Caroline also releases specially themed creative photoshoots for children throughout the year. These range from Superheroes to Fairies & Princesses.

I love photography, it's my passion, whether it be photographing people, young, old or somewhere in between, whether it's at a wedding, in the studio, on a mountain side, beside a loch, a river, I simply enjoy taking pictures. It's capturing a moment in time, a memory and then to record that moment to last for a life time.”

It’s hard to believe, but that first wedding was way back in 2005! After that first wedding, things started to snowball. I got asked by friends to do weddings, and then friends of friends. Word soon got around! After a while I decided to concentrate on wedding photography full time. More recently, I’ve expanded into portrait and commercial photography. I opened our Belfast studio in 2011 and have since welcomed many families through the door.
