You have spent your whole life fantasising about it and a year or so preparing for it. When the day dawns you spend all morning getting ready for it. The build-up and the anticipation is palpable. Then, the moment arrives. You walk in with your heart fluttering and you see each other for the first time on this most special of days. Blood rushes to your head and intense emotions whirl around and, in that instant, I press the shutter button. I capture those precious feelings bubbling to the surface…saved forever. Saved for you to enjoy, relive, savour over and over again for the rest of your lives.

Hello, I’m Dan Morris, a wedding photographer originally from South Wales, now based in the beautiful regency town of Cheltenham in the heart of the Cotswolds. Feel free to read about me and what I get up to when I don’t have my camera on hand.

You would think that most photographers are keen to shoot the BIG, lavish wedding, in grand and elaborately decorated venues. Well, this is not always the way, out of all the weddings I have ever been to, as a photographer and as a guest ​ I have enjoyed that small and intimate gathering. Weddings where you can feel part of the occasion.

I am a fully qualified professional wedding photographer with a passion for creating stylish contemporary images using natural light photography. My speciality is candid wedding photography (also known as photojournalism) and my photography is all about creating dramatic and emotional pictures which truly capture the essence of your day.
