David Wiltshire Photography has over 40 years experience in the ever changing world of photography. David Wiltshire started the business in 1971 having previously worked for a large photographic business in Oxford.

We have been a husband and wife team for over 28 years now and apart for each other, we also share a love for photography. After living for many years in Europe, we have settled down in lovely Wiltshire, surrounded by historic sites and beautiful landmarks.

I am a passionate and creative wedding photographer and I love to tell love stories through my craft. I seek to always exceed expectations and deliver outstanding images and service to my wedded couples who will cherish these memories for a lifetime. I look forward to telling your story.

I have studied Fine Art at both Degree and Masters levels and have lectured on this subject in schools and colleges. My knowledge of composition, light, colour and tone is thorough and I therefore approach photography in a different way to most commercial photographers. I look for unusual viewpoints and aim to capture real emotions and fleeting moments. As I shoot digital rather than film, editing is very much part of my process and I use Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for this.

I am a wedding photographer based in North Dorset, on the border with Somerset and Wiltshire but have shot at weddings across the South of the UK and in particular the South West. I am happy to discuss weddings across the UK, and further afield if requested. I bring a very unobtrusive and relaxed manner to your day; this enables me to capture those organic and natural images of you and your guests, enabling me to create a beautiful storyboard of your day.

Andy York’s interest in photography was first sparked by a school trip to Switzerland when he was still in his teens. He had with him a camera borrowed from an uncle and a lifelong interest was born. It continued as a keen hobby until 1992 when he took the big step of going into business for himself.
