My name is Paul Walker and I am a both a freelance broadcast TV cameraman/editor and a professional photographer with over 26 years experience behind a camera.

I have always loved photographs and the memories they bring back. So when my husband Karl bought me my first DSLR one Christmas, I got stuck in and made the most of every opportunity that has come my way!

I mostly shoot alone, but when I need a helping hand I have a fantastic assistant called Natalie, she sometimes helps with the preparation and posing the newborn (she is a great help with the "Froggy" pose, which is a composite of 2 shots for the saftey of the baby) She also helps keep siblings entertained too. She's generally a fantastic help and brilliant with the kids! Natalie is also my second shooter when we photograph weddings, and she carries my bag too which is always a massive help!

I’ve been a wedding photographer for many years and have photographed hundreds of weddings. During that time I have spoken with lots of couples. I’d like to help you by sharing some of the things I’ve learned over the years. Planning a wedding can sometimes feel a little overwhelming. Don’t worry, you are not the first to go through this. Friends/family and of course the web have lots of information and opinions.

Life Memories is a venture which captures and preserves recollections of your life, created by Caroline Armstrong, an experienced researcher and interviewer. It aims to be a personal reflection of your life, encompassing important memories, events and remembering people and that have helped shaped your world, providing valuable insights for future generations. It can refer to those who have inspired or influenced you; sharing meaningful anecdotes where stories really join the past to the future.

The team at Cetra Studio are innovative, honest and creative people who always had a desire to tell stories through images. It was therefore a natural step for them to grow and build their business based on this, culminating in the professional services they have now been providing for over 13 years.

I like to consider my that my photography style is unique to me. Throughout a wedding day I explore every angle to make each wedding as individual as possible. You can mostly find me on the floor or hiding behind stuff. I naturally capture the day as it unfolds in my own documentary style, making sure I capture every single moment so you have lots of memories that you and your family and friends will love.

We have many first steps in your lives, your actual first steps, your first day at school, your first day of work and most importantly, the first steps you take together as a married couple. As a photographer, I try to put myself into the shoes of the couple as they take these first steps to capture the emotions they are feeling.

With 40 years of experience & knowledge to fall back on, we're sure that we can bring: colour, life, drama, humour & a sprinkling of creativity to whatever photographic project you throw at us. We're equally happy working to a brief or will take over the creative & art direction if required.
