The Baby Equipment Loan Service & Toy Library (BELS & TL) is a charity responding to local needs since 1985. The Project provides, for loan at minimal cost, essential items of baby and safety equipment e.g. buggies, cots and highchairs to families on low income or benefits living in North Tyneside. In 2003 we established a Toy Library for children 0 to 15 years of age, stocking it with safe, educational, age appropriate, stimulating and fun items.
