Our company is a long established, family run business. Our fishmongers and butchers were originally located in Marlow High Street which was a fishmongers' area for over a hundred years. We moved to Wilton Farm, Little Marlow in 2008. Michael Robson, the current owner, was shop manager from 1991 before finally taking the plunge and purchasing the company from Mr Bowditch in 1994.
It may be because we use only the best quality fish, because we take great care preparing and storing it, because we use top quality clean cooking fat, but we think it’s because we always aim to serve.
