Massage Therapists in
Plymouth

Everyone that comes to the clinic has completely different needs in terms of treatment, even if the injury is the same, I use a combination of treatments such as deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, acupuncture and others to achieve the best possible outcome. It also ensures that the time to make a recovery is kept to a minimum.

We all lead such busy lives it’s easy to sometimes forget to stop for a moment and listen to what our bodies are telling us. Stress, aches and pains, sports injuries are all too easy to ignore, but the benefits of paying attention to what your body needs are huge — and I can help you!

Welcome to my massage practice based at 56 Grenville Drive Tavistock Devon PL19 8DP offering Massage, Aromatherapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I believe there are always benefits to be gained from a massage that is planned and delivered appropriately for each individual.
