I have been working in the Health and Beauty industry for many years. In 1988 I initially trained as a masseuse and worked for the following 8 years at Champneys Health Resort. I have also worked as a Beauty Therapist in a salon, The Studio in Berkhamsted, after completing my beauty qualifications plus Holistic subjects such as Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Indian head Massage.
Lagom, meaning "just the right amount" in Swedish, reflects my belief that needs vary throughout our lives. Hazel Clark became interested in massage therapy following an injury after running her first London Marathon in 2005. Hazel went on to study Sport and Remedial Massage at the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) in 2007. Hazel has worked as a therapist since qualifying in June 2008 and now does some tutoring at the London School of Sports Massage.
