I have a Bachelor of Osteopathy and am a registered member of the General Osteopathic Council. I also have a Level 5 Diploma in Sports Massage and Remedial Therapy and a qualification in Medical Acupuncture. I incorporate all these techniques into my sessions with patients, as well as prescription of home exercises, to create a well-rounded approach to treatment. 

All kinds of people with all kinds of problems come to see us: from expectant mothers to babies, children to the elderly, office workers, builders, horsey folk, sports people, gardeners, musicians, drivers, dancers, farmers, busy mums & dads …the list is endless.

Cranial Osteopathy is a technique used by osteopaths. It is a very gentle and effective hands-on therapy which aims to restore health and balance in the body.

Osteopathy uses postural adjustments and manual techniques to alleviate pain and aid recovery, which is integrated with exercise rehabilitation and advice on lifestyle & posture. We tailor our treatments to you offering a mix of osteopathy, acupuncture and sports massage - we don't have a one size fits all approach!

It can be increasingly irritating to be suffering in pain especially when you’ve no idea the cause of it, or how to fix it. We understand this can be the root of much stress and discomfort, which is why we are here, to diagnose and get you out of pain and back to leading a normal lifestyle again and as quickly as possible.

Most people seek the help of an Osteopath when they have pain, stiffness, weakness or all of the above in their spine, head or some other joint or area of the body. Our aim is to help you resolve your problem as quickly as possible through a careful process of examination, treatment and management. We will also educate you about what’s happening to your body, give you a clear idea of the likely outcome of treatment and provide advice to manage and reduce the likelihood of your condition returning.

We have built up an excellent reputation during the last 17 years and receive many referrals from our local medical colleagues. We have a team of 3 osteopaths offering appointments 6 days a week. We treat a wide range of conditions across all age groups.

As of February 2019, I am teaming up with my colleague Clare, who some of you may already know from Botanica, and we are opening our own clinic down the road in Hildenborough. We will be called 'The Kent Running Coach' and will be based in The 1809 Hub, founded by Dame Kelly Holmes.

In keeping with the rise in the age of retirement and the expectations we all have to ‘keep going’ — be it at a favourite sport, hobby or physical work — we aim to help you to do just that … osteopaths utilise a range of techniques including physical manipulation, stretching and massage, and other gentle techniques such as cranial that are all taught at undergraduate level. We also provide a package of care that can include one or more of the following: manual therapy, health information, self-management advice and support and/or exercise therapy, as determined by the individual needs of the patient.

Jane is a Registered Osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council (GOC) and a member of the British Osteopathic Association (BOA). She qualified at the British School of Osteopathy (BSO), in London, the oldest and largest Osteopathic School in the UK.
