As a landlord I have used the Richmond Bridge Residential team for some 20 years, initially as an agent, but for the last 5 years in a full management role. During this whole period I found them to be responsive and helpful. As a chartered surveyor I found them to be practical in their advice and ethical in their treatment of both their landlords and tenants.

Castle Estates (South London) was set up by Ceri Adams in 2004. Sadly, Ceri passed away at the end of 2012 so the agency is now owned and run by his wife, Judith Loeffler, as Managing Director along with Claire Rhoades-Brown, our Lettings Director and minority shareholder. Tarryn, our Property Manager, manages our properties, their maintenance and repairs.

We offer a complete range of property services for residential property management, including property investment, letting & maintenance and block management. We manage properties across London and provide management services to owners / leaseholders of small blocks.

Having an office in a visible and accessible part of the high street is something we consider very important. We’re happy to see you whenever you come in and you don’t need to go out of your way to find us - we’re right in the centre of the neighbourhood.
