Alison started her floristry career in this very shop as a Saturday assistant and trained as a Florist at Barnfield College after leaving school in 1987,so with over 30 years experience within the trade she took over Jonquil in 2013 and continues to work full time in the shop with her team and runs regular floristry classes at the shop.

Pulteney Bridge flowers is located in the centre of the world heritage city of Bath. Our incredibly pretty shop is situated in the centre of the beautiful and world famous Pulteney Bridge, built and designed by architect Robert Adam.

I’ve always loved flowers, so it seemed natural to go into floristry, particularly since I enjoy people too. Preparing arrangements and bouquets for all the special occasions in people’s lives — from birth through to eternal rest — is not only an artistic challenge, but also immensely rewarding, special and satisfying.
