Factory Furniture was established in 1989 designing and making hand made custom interior pieces. Our first product, the Serpentine bench we launched with the help of the Crafts Council at the New York Furniture Fair and within a few years we were specialising in exterior furniture.

Now in our 30th year of designing and producing quality bespoke furniture and cases - our aims today are the same as when the business formed in 1983 - to produce pieces of work that can be appreciated and admired today and in many years to come.

We are a professional and friendly, family-run business based in Wantage. We supply craftsman built bespoke pine and painted furniture, hand woven oriental rugs and carpets, gifts, old fashioned toys that don't need batteries, T&G kitchen-ware, Somerset Toiletries, perfumed Village Candles, cards and more than 100,000 second-hand books.

Homely Furniture 2 Go was started by a small business man named David Curtis, a family man who holds honest ideals and takes the time to sit down with every customer to help work out the needs of each client and helps to find them their perfect piece of furniture to help them make their house a home. With the help of his wife Susan Curtis they have built up a successful business, holding to their ideals of no pressure sales and doing their utmost for every customer.

As well as a London Design Office, open by appointment, Closa has a beautiful showroom in Burford, Oxfordshire. Burford is one of the prettiest of Cotswold towns and attracts visitors from all over the world. Our showroom is in a unique 16th Century Hall House, where the cattle lived downstairs and their owners lived upstairs.
