Newly married couple Marcus and Lizzy originally started out with a bric-a-brac stall at the weekend markets in Tynemouth Station. Moving with the trend of stripped pine furniture they subsequently relocated into their current home of 35 years, to house the furniture and home accessories that has expanded to what we know today.

Founded in 1961 by Victor John Holden, our business has remained a family run, now being managed by his daughter Dawn. Situated in the heart of South Shields, our main branch consists of approximately 5,000 square feet, spread over two floors, and deals with most of the major manufacturers.
