With our distinctive navy blue branding, the Rouse Showroom is a familiar landmark on the route into Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. We have been manufacturing high quality, made-to-measure sofas and chairs in our Cheltenham workshop for over 30 years.

At SofaCraft in Weston-super-Mare we produce a range of contemporary and traditional sofas, chairs and bed-settees, using time-honoured methods, to provide real comfort with our simply stunning furniture that will last for many, many years.

SofaCo started life as an online business back in late 2006 importing beautiful leather sofas from South Africa. All was going well until July 2008… Credit Crunch!

We hold all our sofas in stock and will despatch the same day if you order before 11am. Our standard delivery service takes 2-5 days and is free to mainland England and Wales. We can also deliver your sofa on a next day service if somebody will be home all day to wait for delivery. (Please note there is a small surcharge for sofa deliveries to Scotland or any island.)

David’s parents, Nick and Lynn, started Saymor in 1991, with David serving the company as a driver and sales person. Nick Say took on the role immediately of Managing Director, while Lynn served as Company Secretary. Nick’s previous experience in working for Debenhams for almost a decade and a half, as well as his role as Divisional Managing Director of the Wade Furniture Group, gave him the background and knowledge he needed to form a successful company of his own.

I am a professional upholsterer, (NVQ trained, 4 year apprenticeship) with over 24 years experience. From our High Street shop in Bideford we offer a comprehensive range of bespoke upholstery services - Recovery and Re-upholstery of modern and antique furniture, Upholstery repairs, items handmade to order. We have a diverse range of fabrics available and supply furniture for sale that is yet to be re-upholstered, so you can have exactly the furniture you want in the fabric of your choice.
