As a new parent returning to work, I never realised the anxieties and stress felt when faced with the decision of finding the right childcare for my son and our family. We wanted a homely environment, somewhere with a feeling of warmth, love and care but also filled with fun and development for our little one.

We interview and screen all our nannies — each reference is checked and it is our policy for all prospective nannies to obtain an up-to-date DBS certificate and paediatric first aid training. We aim to get to know you and our nannies as well as possible so that we can provide the best possible match for your family — taking away the stresses of finding childcare on your own and leaving you with peace of mind.

Rainbow Nursery and Pre-School caters for children aged 2 to 5 and provides a high standard of childcare. We are OFSTED registered and located in the Brownie and Guide Hall on Groveley Road in Sunbury. The grounds has it’s own secure car park and huge outdoor area with a lovely grass field and wooded area for exploring in.

At Sparkling Stars, we are here to offer your child the warmth of a home, the care and love of a mother, the safety and support of a father to grow well in an environment away from all the worries. With a team of child loving and qualified staff to assist in the Early Development Programme and Learning process controlled by authorised government organisations (OFSTED & EYFS), we help each child to sparkle in his/her own capabilities and talents.

My house is located opposite the beautiful Alexandra Park so it is a central location for plenty of outdoor activities including woodland walks or picnics with the children. The beach is just a 20 minute walk away. I also have a large, secure and enclosed back garden.

Parents are their child’s first and most powerful educators. That is why it is important to work together, so we can plan effectively, understand and meet their child’s learning needs. We use a safeguarding-aware digital learning journey called LearningBook. This supports our children’s development with a holistic approach, building strong partnerships with our parents.
