Amberley Playgroup is a friendly and lively community playgroup that has run successfully in Amberley, near Stroud in Gloucestershire for nearly 30 years. Our aim is to provide a fun and stimulating environment where children can learn in the best way possible, through play and carefully planned activities that reflect their individual interests and needs.

Charlton Park is a working farm and home to a variety of animals which are visited regularly whilst on our daily walks in the woods or whilst exploring the vast expanse of fields available to us. Our children love nothing more than outdoor play and collecting ‘treasures’ from the woodland. On occasions we even get to watch aeroplanes and helicopters take off and land on the private airstrip.
Our names are Amanda and Kevin Stevens and we have been married for twenty-five years, we have 2 daughters Bernadette 22 years and Georgina 20 years. Georgina is a registered assistant and still lives at home. We also have two very friendly Labradoodles who love to go on walks to the park and on the hills with us and the children.
