Having studied music, drama and dance since the age of 2, Dorte Evelyn, also known as Ishtar, is famous for her fabulous performances and strong stage presence. Her background as an actress and theatre choreographer teamed with her extensive training in Ballroom, Latin, Jazz and Middle Eastern dance, gives her an elegant intensity and energy which captivates the hearts and minds of her audiences.

Beginner classes are operating three times a week, along with improver, intermediate and advanced classes; and private lessons are available upon request. We also teach at local schools and clubs and provide corporate and private events.

Anna Rose Dance is a small and friendly dance school that offers classes in Imperial Classical Ballet, Modern Theatre Dance, Tap Dance, Street Dance, Musical Theatre and Cheerleading. Students have the opportunity to take exams with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing as well as performing in our bi-annual shows and various local village and school fayres.
