Dance Days was originally started by Chris Lockey to run social dances with the aim of providing a warm, friendly and fun atmosphere with good music on Sunday afternoons. The aim was in part to attract families with children to dances where they could bring their children along. These were short lived and stopped after a year. Over the next year he ran a few dances for other people whilst considering what the next step should be.

Classes are active, fun and educational. Students are welcomed into a friendly environment where they learn specialist dance, singing and acting techniques, taught by our highly qualified teachers whilst developing confidence and improving social development skills.

BPM Dance Academy is a fresh new street dance school based in Mid Sussex. We are currently offering regular street dance classes in Cuckfield & Haywards Heath to children from ages 5, as well as Contemporary classes for children aged 9+. We also provide workshops and after school clubs for local schools and clubs.

There is always a lot going on at D.F.F. Dance, and everybody can be involved. Students are prepared for examinations in Ballet, Tap, Modern and Acro. Discipline is high on the list of priorities. However the most important thing is to foster and develop the love of dance and to enjoy dancing .

Our classes our held in R.A.D Ballet and I.S.T.D modern Theatre. We take children from 3 years old in our special ‘Babies class’ through to Intermediate Ballet and Modern; progressing through the R.A.D and I.S.T.D syllabus.

We are a professional and hardworking dance school based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex providing dance classes in Ballet, Tap, Modern and Jazz to girls and boys from the ages of 18 months — 18 years.
