As one of the leading Brighton dance schools, established since 1990, we provide a fun but disciplined environment where young people can explore the world of dance. We offer an extensive range of dance classes in ballet, modern, street dance and tap, starting from Pre-school beginners through to advanced major grades.

At ROX, we like to think of ourselves as more than just a straightforward dance and drama school. We encourage our students to take the relevant exams for their particular class and also encourage them to take part in a ROX stage production once every three years.

Seahaven Dance School was established in 1995 and runs classes in Cecchetti Ballet, ISTD Modern, Jazz and Tap for anyone aged 3 and above. Pupils can work towards exams, competitions and shows or dance purely as a recreational activity.

Brooks Dance Academy, formerly The Shoreham School of Dance, was founded by Arts Ed graduate and ex-professional dancer Jacqueline Brooks (ISTD CDE) in 1995. In recent years, her eldest daughter Lucy Brooks (Masters in Drama & Theatre) has become heavily involved with the school. The school has grown from strength to strength since moving into our own dance studio in Jan 2016 which is packed full of classes for all ages and abilities.

We are a professional and hardworking dance school based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex providing dance classes in Ballet, Tap, Modern and Jazz to girls and boys from the ages of 18 months — 18 years.

We aim to give the children a strong basis in classical technique whilst also establishing essential skills such as confidence, self-esteem and individuality whilst promoting self discipline and encouraging all students to reach their full potential.
