Bev-Lyn started in 1964 when Beverly Matthews took on her first two students. Now led by Melissa Glover, Beverly’s daughter, it has more than 250 students and goes from strength-to-strength.

Little Stars Nursery is located in the centre of Truro within easy walking distance from Moorefield Car Park and all city centre shops in the Jason Thomas Performing Arts centre where the Nursery has full use of the facility.

I am Charles Colman and I am a professional full time teacher of dance. I am dedicated to teaching dance to the highest standard whilst at the same time maintaining a sense of fun and enjoyment throughout our range of childrens and adult classes. The Charles Colman World of Dance is a member of the International Dance Teachers Association and the United Kingdom Alliance of Professional Teachers of Dancing.

Children are invited from 3 years of age to participate in a Cygnets dance class. This class is mainly ballet based but commences with 10 minutes of tap dancing to give an insight into musicality and co-ordination. Parents/guardians are encouraged to stay in the dance studio to help the children feel secure and confident during this lesson — all other lessons parents/guardians are invited to wait outside the dance studio.

Victoria's Dance Academy offer classes in Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Modern Theatre, Commercial, Musical Theatre and Body Conditioning. Classes are available for pre-school through to adults. We have a highly qualified team of staff who hold DBS clearances, First Aid training and Chaperone Licenses with Cornwall County Council.
