We at Rock Stars Music Schools have been trading since January 2008, and have taught many children to play either Guitar, Drums or Bass Guitar.We have seen children come to our schools as complete beginners, most if not all, never played or even held an electric guitar before, and likewise with the drums. Yet, a few short years down the line, many have developed into very competent musicians in their own right.

We are a long established, small group of enthusiastic and friendly music teachers dedicated to giving quality, fun and enjoyable lessons in the Teesside area. Our main focus is Piano, Keyboard and Guitar, although other instruments, Theory and Aural Training lessons are available.

I am a well-qualified and experienced music teacher based in Darlington who offers expert tuition in piano, flute, music theory and composition. I teach people of all ages and at all levels — from beginners to advanced. Those of my pupils who sit exams in piano pass with high marks and are frequently invited to play in the High Scorers’ Concerts. None of my pupils has ever failed a theory exam, nearly all passing Grade 5 theory with distinction.
