Sally Trueman, a former competitive swimmer, has been teaching swimming for 18 years. Sharing the joys of swimming with her pupils is one of her main reasons for teaching. I spent my childhood and teenage years enjoying swimming. Swimming is an activity which can lead to a high level of strength and fitness, improved co-ordination and a great way of meeting people and having fun.”
