Active Recovery are a mother and daughter team (Tanya and Kirsty Milne) specialising in Deep Tissue massage techniques. We have been operating a massage service in the East Midlands (Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire) for over 20 years. In 2000 we opened our clinic in Loughborough to still continue to provide a sports massage service to various sporting organisations, but also to widen our service taking in the local and business community. Over the years we have continued to develop our services and even though we still work at National and International Sporting events and with a variety of sports organisations our primary focus now is aiding the private individual.
