My main expertise is in the surveying of residential property for potential purchasers, but also have experience in the survey and valuation of commercial and industrical premises. I also undertake planning and building regulation work, including the preparation of drawings and the submission of applications; this is mostly in respect of domestic extensions and alterations. While I have become known for undertaking surveys and valuations on older and larger property, including listed buildings, I am still happy to inspect smaller and more modern homes. The majority of my instructions relate to property in Berkshire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Gloucester, Hampshire and Dorset, but I do travel further afield on occasion, including to the outer parts of London. While I no longer have premises in Henley, this is a location where much of my work is still found.
