I am a chartered surveyor with more than 40 years of experience, mostly spent in and around the Thames Valley and Wessex, but with some time elsewhere, including a period in Scotland. I commenced practice on my own account a little over twenty-four years ago.
Ian McCall qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1972, after a varied surveying career in, mainly, Private Practice, but also at a Public Utility, and in Commercial Management. After working in London, I started in Hungerford in 1981 as a Private Practice surveyor, undertaking Structural Surveys (now called Building Surveys) for Private Clients and mortgage-valuations for Lending Institutions.
