As well as regular weekly classes the Yoga Studio offers a programme of weekend workshops, occasional courses and other events. See the Classes page for more details. All equipment is provided — just bring comfortable clothes that stretch! A range of yoga equipment (mats, mat bags, belts, blocks, bricks, books and CDs) is also available for sale in the Yoga Studio shop. Most of the classes are taught by Iyengar teachers Prabhakara, Carol Haynes and Julie Baker, and Ashtanga teacher James Critchlow.
