Different levels of class are available — Beginner, Intermediate, Private, Corporate and Chair Yoga (for those with limited mobility). There is a class type to suit everyone Yoga to fit around you — lessons can be held at your home, at your workplace, at a venue of your choice or at my studio in Redditch Trained with a Registered Yoga Alliance School in India. The Yoga Alliance sets exacting standards for teaching which ensures that you receive the best instruction possible.
