As well as being a Yoga teacher, I am a mum of 3 children and was a fulltime teacher before motherhood. I use my skills and experience to plan sessions appropriate to the needs of individual groups of children whether in school’s or the community. I deliver children’s yoga programmes in schools across Worcestershire, Warwickshire and South Birmgham. These half termly or termly programmes are delivered in PE time and provide oppertunities for learners to develop their flexibility, strength, control & balance whilst having fun. Recently I have delivered yoga in Ombersley Endowed First School, Lickey Hills Primary School, Lindridge Primary and Hindlip & Tibberon First Schools.
