My name is Christine Taylor MAR, RLD. I am an established Approved Member of the Association of Reflexology, I am fully insured and I set up my practice in 2008. I attained my original qualifications from The Oxford School of Reflexology and Oxford School of Beauty. I stay up-to-date by continually training, gaining diplomas, qualifications and learning about other therapies and more advanced reflexology. Regular therapy treatments may help to relieve stress, tension, tiredness, aching joints, headaches, insomnia, digestive issues and emotional related conditions.
Our lives are so busy that we do not always listen to our bodies and as a result we over work them both mentally and physically. I believe that we need to take back responsibility for our own wellbeing. We do not value our bodies enough; this can eventually result in stress, aches, pains, viruses and more serious illnesses.
