Your treatment session will be designed to help you to relax and recharge your batteries both mentally and physically. Treatments are available from relaxing clinic spaces in Tamworth and Knowle, with home visits available if you’re unable to leave your home. One-off treatments are sometimes available, but Sharon is known for her Treatment Courses. From time to time we can all feel overwhelmed by our circumstances and need some help dealing with how we are feeling. By choosing a Course of Treatments you will receive tailored treatment sessions that include treatments and lifestyle advice designed to help you to reduce and manage your physical, emotional and mental stress and/or anxiety levels.
