In 2006 my journey began. I was attuned to Reiki level 1 and 2 by my now, dear friend, Reiki master and Hydrotherm teacher, Jacqui Mexson. Although initially I only intended to use Reiki on myself, I was immediately drawn to treat other people with this gentle but powerful relaxation technique. Soon after, I enrolled at college on a Indian Head Massage course, which I loved and found that massage came so naturally to me. This was definitely what I was meant to be doing with my life! Following this were college courses in Swedish Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. I now had the foundation of my Holistic therapies, but knew from personal experience that Hydrotherm was the most comfortable and nurturing way to receive the therapies I had learnt.
