We are situated amongst farm land in an area designated as A.O.N.B. and near to both Langstone Harbour and Chichester Harbour, both these harbours have sites designated as wildlife reserves. We have a wide variety of shore, wader and country birds which are often seen in our garden. Being so close to beaches and beautiful country side there are many places to go on walks and cycle rides. Hayling Island has World renowned sailing waters, fishing, windsurfing, Blue flag beaches and Beachlands fun fair. There is ample off road car parking and lock up facilities for bikes and drying areas for clothes. Smoking area, with lights and heating.
